- No password? Choose Using Mobile Phone, enter your name and date of birth, and we'll text you a code.
- Have a login? Choose User Credentials and enter your username and password.

Message us, or call us?
The portal is best for things that can wait a day or two. The phone is best for anything time-sensitive.
- Good for a portal message: refill requests, a simple question, following up on results, or asking to schedule.
- Better to call: an urgent or same-day concern, or something that needs a quick back-and-forth. The office is at (212) 964-0971.
