Finding a physician near your home or office makes it easier to keep up with annual checkups and routine care. Éblouissant is a medical practice located in Greenwich Village. Our office sits on the west side of Washington Square Park, a short walk east of the West Village.
The practice is led by Anuragini Pandey, MD. Dr. Pandey is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and serves as a faculty physician at NYU Langone Health. She completed her residency in internal medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (Beth Israel) and has advanced aesthetic medicine training through the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine.
We are located at 31 Washington Square West, Suite 3F. The nearest subway stop is West 4th St–Washington Square, which serves the A, B, C, D, E, F, and M trains. The Christopher St–Stonewall station on the 1 train is also nearby.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm. We are open on Saturdays by appointment and closed on Sundays.
Primary Care Services
We offer comprehensive primary care for adults. Routine visits include annual physicals, preventive screenings, and cardiovascular management. We also help patients manage chronic conditions over time.
Dr. Pandey provides lifestyle medicine counseling. This includes guidance on nutrition, physical activity, and stress management to support your overall health.
Both in-person appointments and virtual visits are available. We bill primary care visits to your health insurance. Please call our office to confirm whether we accept your specific plan.
Medical Weight Management
Losing weight often requires more than diet and exercise alone. Our medical weight management program begins with a 30 to 45 minute consultation. Dr. Pandey will conduct a physician evaluation and order metabolic and thyroid blood work.
The program includes nutrition counseling. When clinically appropriate in the physician's judgment, Dr. Pandey may prescribe FDA-approved medications. These options include GLP-1 based medicines.
Wegovy (semaglutide) and Zepbound (tirzepatide) are FDA-approved for chronic weight management. Ozempic (semaglutide) and Mounjaro (tirzepatide) are FDA-approved for type 2 diabetes.
Prescription coverage and prior authorization depend on your specific health insurance plan. Coverage is never guaranteed. Some patients may have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN2). If you have this history, you should not use these medications because of a boxed warning regarding thyroid C-cell tumors. Patients with a history of pancreatitis should also discuss this with the doctor.
Vivace RF Microneedling
Radiofrequency (RF) microneedling combines traditional microneedling with radiofrequency energy. Éblouissant uses the Vivace device. It is an FDA-cleared system for this treatment. Our practice is listed in the official Vivace provider directory.
Each session takes about 60 minutes. We apply a numbing cream about 30 minutes before the treatment begins. Afterward, patients typically experience 1 to 3 days of redness. This usually looks and feels like a mild sunburn.
Most patients need about three sessions for the best results. The results build gradually over 3 to 6 months as new collagen forms in the skin.
A single Vivace session costs $600. A package of three sessions is $1,500, which saves $300. Aesthetic treatments are self-pay and we do not bill them to insurance.
Botox Cosmetic and Dysport
Neuromodulators temporarily relax the facial muscles that cause wrinkles. We offer FDA-approved Botox Cosmetic by Allergan Aesthetics and Dysport by Galderma. Both products treat forehead lines, frown lines between the eyebrows, and crow's feet around the eyes.
A treatment visit usually takes 15 to 30 minutes. You may see the first results in 3 to 7 days. The full effect typically appears at about two weeks. The results usually last 3 to 4 months.
The total price depends on the areas you want to treat and the amount of product required. We confirm the exact price during your consultation.

We accept appointments for both new and returning patients. You can book a visit online using our secure patient portal. If you prefer, you can also call our office at (212) 964-0971 to schedule an appointment.
