Key takeaways

Comprehensive Health and Aesthetics in One Location

Finding time for healthcare can be difficult. If you live near the High Line or work near Madison Square Park, you want a medical practice that respects your time. Éblouissant provides primary care and aesthetic treatments in a single location on the west side of Washington Square Park.

Under the direction of Dr. Anuragini Pandey, a board-certified internal medicine physician, our practice treats the whole patient. You can schedule an annual physical, discuss chronic health conditions, or consult about fine lines or skin texture.

Primary Care Services

A strong relationship with a primary care physician is the foundation of good health. Dr. Pandey provides comprehensive primary care services. This includes annual physicals, preventive health screenings, and the management of chronic conditions like high blood pressure or high cholesterol.

We handle cardiovascular management and offer lifestyle medicine counseling. Whether you need a routine checkup or help managing a long-term health issue, we provide evidence-based care. Primary care visits are billed to your health insurance. Patients should call the office to check if their specific plan is accepted. We also offer virtual visits for established patients when appropriate.

Medical Weight Management

Losing weight often requires more than just willpower. Our medical weight management program begins with a physician evaluation. Dr. Pandey will review your health history, conduct metabolic and thyroid blood work, and provide nutrition counseling.

An initial weight management consultation typically lasts 30 to 45 minutes. When clinically appropriate in the physician's judgment, treatment may include FDA-approved prescription medications. This includes GLP-1 based medicines.

Drugs like Wegovy (semaglutide) and Zepbound (tirzepatide) are FDA-approved for chronic weight management. Other medications, such as Ozempic (semaglutide) and Mounjaro (tirzepatide), are FDA-approved for type 2 diabetes. All GLP-1 medications carry a boxed warning about a risk of thyroid C-cell tumors. They are not appropriate for people with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2. They can also increase the risk of pancreatitis. We only prescribe FDA-approved brand products. Insurance coverage and prior authorization for these medications depend on your specific plan and are never guaranteed.

Vivace RF Microneedling

If you want to improve skin texture or reduce the appearance of pores, we offer Vivace RF microneedling. The Vivace device is FDA-cleared. It combines traditional microneedling with radiofrequency energy.

The needles create tiny, controlled punctures in the skin. The radiofrequency energy heats the underlying tissue. This process encourages the body to produce new collagen and elastin. Results typically build over 3 to 6 months as the collagen forms.

A single session costs $600. We also offer a package of three sessions for $1,500, which saves $300. About three sessions are usually recommended for best results. Each visit takes about 60 minutes. We apply a numbing cream about 30 minutes before the procedure begins. Most patients experience 1 to 3 days of redness, similar to a mild sunburn.

Botox Cosmetic and Dysport

We provide injections of Botox Cosmetic (Allergan Aesthetics) and Dysport (Galderma). Both products are FDA-approved. They treat dynamic wrinkles, which are the lines formed by facial expressions.

These treatments are commonly used for forehead lines, frown lines between the eyebrows, and crow's feet around the eyes. A treatment visit takes 15 to 30 minutes. You will typically see the first results in 3 to 7 days. The full effect is usually visible at about two weeks. The results typically last 3 to 4 months.

The total price depends on the areas being treated and the amount of product required. We confirm the exact price during your consultation before any treatment begins. These treatments are not appropriate for individuals who are pregnant, nursing, or have certain neurological conditions.
